The under-titration question

The phase 3 weight figure came with a large fraction of participants below target dose. The article states both readings of that. I think it should also say which one the trialists favoured, if the publication says. CagriCass (talk) 10:05, 25 June 2026 (UTC)

It does not say cleanly, and attributing a preference we cannot source would be worse than leaving both readings open. EndpointEnid (talk) 13:40, 25 June 2026 (UTC)

Accepted. Leaving open until the full publication is available. CagriCass (talk) 09:15, 26 June 2026 (UTC)

Why not a unimolecular design?Resolved

The rationale section now explains that the receptor families are unrelated, so no single scaffold can engage both. That is the answer to the question every reader of the tirzepatide article will arrive with. ReceptorRhoda (talk) 11:20, 27 March 2026 (UTC)

Agreed, and it is worth the sentence it costs. ✓ Done MolarMassMaeve (talk) 14:55, 27 March 2026 (UTC)

Two powders in proportionDone

The closing paragraph about material sold under this name is well judged — it makes a documentary point rather than a supplier-specific one. VerifyVesna (talk) 09:35, 30 May 2026 (UTC)

A two-component vial genuinely is not covered by either single-component certificate, and that is worth stating plainly wherever combinations come up. ✓ Done COA_Colwyn (talk) 12:50, 30 May 2026 (UTC)
