Amyloid: cause or consequence?
The article says the causal direction is debated, which is correct, but it might be worth naming the specific difficulty: amyloid is found at post mortem, so the temporal sequence is unobservable in humans. — AmylinAmos (talk) 10:15, 11 March 2026 (UTC)
Good point, though I would keep it short. The claim that oligomers rather than fibrils are cytotoxic is the more useful detail for a reader and it is already there. — BetaCellBoyd (talk) 14:30, 11 March 2026 (UTC)

Insulin-to-amylin ratioResolved

Species difference in aggregationDone
