Quoting phase 2 figuresResolved

Every figure in this article is from phase 2 and that must be unmissable. The closing section now says it in as many words. TriumphThad (talk) 09:55, 25 March 2026 (UTC)

And the point that phase 2 point estimates are the least reliable part of a phase 2 result is stated as a general property, which is fairer than singling out this trial. ✓ Done PreregPriya (talk) 13:30, 25 March 2026 (UTC)

Resolved. This thread is closed. Reopening it is fine if new sources appear; please add a new subsection rather than editing the closed discussion.

Heart-rate signal

Calling this the signal most likely to determine risk–benefit is a judgement. Is it one the article should make? SafetySignalSid (talk) 10:40, 8 June 2026 (UTC)

It is a judgement, and I have grounded it in three stated properties — dose-related, mechanistically expected, cumulative — so a reader can disagree with the reasoning rather than only the conclusion. RetatrutideRuben (talk) 14:15, 8 June 2026 (UTC)
