Immunohistochemistry caveatResolved
Worth stating explicitly that a good deal of the older expression literature used antibodies that were later shown to be non-specific. Readers encountering claims of GLP1R in tissues that are not on our table should know why the claims conflict. — ReceptorRhoda (talk) 10:30, 2 April 2026 (UTC)
Added a clause to the distribution section noting that early immunohistochemical work proved unreliable and that current maps rest on validated reagents. ✓ Done — Chromatokid (talk) 14:12, 2 April 2026 (UTC)
Bias section overstates the therapeutic caseResolved
"Bias has been proposed as a design lever" is fine. The following sentence read as though the strategy works. It does not, as far as anything published shows. — HedgeHedda (talk) 09:05, 27 February 2026 (UTC)
Reworded to say the in vitro bias factors have not been shown to predict clinical differences. That is the honest state of it. — GsCouplingGil (talk) 11:44, 27 February 2026 (UTC)
That is the correct level of claim for a mechanism that has never been demonstrated to matter in a person. ✓ Done — HedgeHedda (talk) 13:20, 27 February 2026 (UTC)
Heart-rate figure
Two to four beats per minute — is that a pooled figure or the range across agents? The source is a narrative review and does not say. — DataTableDunja (talk) 15:33, 14 May 2026 (UTC)
It is a range across agents as reported in individual trials. A meta-analytic figure with a confidence interval would be better if someone can locate one. — ForestPlotFinn (talk) 08:50, 15 May 2026 (UTC)
