The row that matters most and is reported least is content. Without it the mass of peptide in a vial is unknown, and every downstream quantity — concentration after [[Reconstitution of lyophilised peptides|reconstitution]], volume drawn, exposure — inherits that unknown.{{r|usp1503}}
The sterility row is categorical rather than probabilistic: a lyophilised research powder is not manufactured as a sterile product, so the question is not how likely it is to be sterile but that it is not represented as being so.{{r|usp1503}}
