Weight-loss figure in the leadResolved

The lead quotes −14.9% from STEP 1 without the placebo arm. Quoting an active-arm figure alone overstates the drug effect, because the placebo arm in that trial also received intensive lifestyle support. — SemaglutideSasha (talk) 09:40, 12 January 2026 (UTC)

Agreed and fixed — both arms now appear in the same sentence. The placebo-adjusted difference is the number that means something; see Placebo-adjusted effect. — ForestPlotFinn (talk) 12:18, 12 January 2026 (UTC)
